The dishes were produced in the early 20th century, between 1882-1929, by two factories with exactly the same name, but which competed with each other. The smaller dish is from Ernst Teichert, made between 1901-1923. The two larger dishes were made by his brother Carl Teichert between 1882-1929. In 1930, the two factories merged after selling the rights to the \"Blue Onion\" dinnerware to Lorenz Hutschenreuther AG the year before. That year, the Teichert factory also stopped manufacturing dinnerware and focused entirely on tile production.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fact that these more than 100-year-old dishes are in such beautiful condition says a lot about the quality of the porcelain. The color is still magnificent.
