Fruit draining dish with underplate Regina Gouda

Bring a good dose of retro charm to your kitchen or dining table with this beautiful, two-piece vintage fruit bowl (fruit colander) from the well-known Dutch pottery factory Regina from Gouda, which sadly closed its doors in 1979 after 81 years.

This functional ornament features a warm, glossy ocher yellow/mustard yellow glaze, which fits perfectly into a mid-century or bohemian interior. The set consists of a bowl with perforated holes in the bottom (for washing and draining berries, strawberries or grapes, for example) and a matching, accompanying saucer to neatly collect excess water.

On the underside, the plate features the authentic, original factory stamp with the well-known crown and the initials WB (of the founders Van der Want & Barras), surrounded by the text "Made in Gouda Holland - Regina". A beautiful piece of traditional Dutch craftsmanship & history!
