Brass candlesnuffers

In the past, people often had so many candles that they couldn't blow them all out, sometimes they couldn't even reach them. That is what candle snuffers were for.

We still use them at home. They look decorative on the (side) table but are also practical if you have many candles, or if you want to avoid blowing wax onto your beautiful tabletop or tablecloth.
